This Heavy Duty Flat Socket Screw has replaced part number 12-0400349. This screw is used in the assembly of many Miller Industries products, such as: Century Wheel Lift Boom Assemblies, Crossbar Assemblies, Subframe Assemblies, and Stage Extension System Assemblies. It is also used on a Holmes 440 SL Wheel Lift Assembly and a 440 SL Wheel Lift Crossbar Assembly. This is a bronze bushing for an Eagle Best-Lift Forklift Attachment. This bushing is used where the claws of the forklift attachment mounts to the crossbar. You will need two, one for the driver side claw and one for the passenger side claw. The dimensions of this bushing are 3" long with a 1-1/4" outside diameter and a 1" inside diameter.
