The Streamlight 45680 EXT is a rechargeable, portable scene light that can reach up to seven feet high, providing powerful overhead lighting for a number of low-light scenarios, including roadside emergencies, ditch recoveries, vehicle breakdowns, and nighttime job sites.

Extending to 84”, this floor-mount light collapses for easy storage and can be deployed in 30 seconds. The 90-degree swivel neck enables the user to aim the beam where it’s needed most, and the narrow footprint allows it to fit in tight spaces. Don’t be fooled by its size, though. With stabilization legs extended, the base can withstand wind speeds up to 40 mph in open spaces.

The sealed lead acid batteries recharge in 10 hours, and the batteries will continue to charge while operating directly from a dedicated AC or DC power source. The unit includes a shoulder strap as well as 10 feet of DC cord for convenient and reliable handling and power. Weighing just five pounds, this scene light is easy to carry into any work area with its integrated handle.

The selectable diffuser settings include two beam widths and three lighting modes. On high, the battery lasts four hours, and the light produces 5,300 lumens. On medium, the run-time is nine hours and 2,500 lumens, and on low, 18 hours and 1,300 lumens. The yellow, thermoplastic shell and polycarbonate lens are dust-tight and waterproof.
