Description

Tim-Lok's flap seal is a flexible PVC trim with an EPDM sponge rubber flap attachd to provide a secure seal in a variety of dynamic applications.

Flap length 1.750" x .101" thick
Leg length: .57" (the overall length of the u channel)
Base: .400" tall with a thickness of .070"
Edge thickness: 3/32"
Sold by the foot, so each quantity will represent 1 foot (example: quantity of 1 = 1 foot, quantity of 2 = 2 foot, etc.)
Resistance to: ozone, water absorption, sunlight aging, and low temperatures
Temperature rating: -20°F to 158°F
Outer coating material: Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC), 85 Shore A Durometer
Internal metal clip materials: aluminum - 3004 H38P, steel - CRS SAE 1010, Rockwell B, 75-85 Durometer
Flap material: custom formulated EPDM sponge rubber
