All of these Chevy carriers are air ride, so there’s no need to worry about ride quality. We’ve been selling significantly more of these than the Dodge and Ford models because of several key advantages. The price point of $105,900 is very competitive given the features included. They also have a higher GVW at 22,940 pounds compared with 19,500 on the Dodge and Ford models. The 22-foot bed is longer than the 19.6-foot beds on the other trucks, making it easier to haul longer vehicles like 3/4-ton pickups with 8-foot beds. Plus, the beds are wider at 102 inches versus 96 inches, giving you more space for every load.

Word on the street

quote quote

The Chevy 6500 chassis has been a fantastic platform for our carriers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others in the industry. The low profile and exceptional turn radius make this chassis a perfect fit for our business. It’s versatile, rugged and handles the demands of our operations without missing a beat. For those needing a reliable, maneuverable and capable vehicle—this is a top choice.

The bed height and load angle is better than any other rollback we have here and has proven valuable when towing tall or low-profile vehicles, especially the Tesla cars.
