This is a Miller Industries Pintle Hook and Fifth Wheel Adapter Kit. It is designed specifically for Miller 16 ton wreckers including the Vulcan V-30, Century 3212, Vulcan V-24 and Holmes 600R. It fits a 3" x 4" crossbar.
