Zip's AW Direct offers six electric TorcUP wrench kits in the Volta VT Series. Depending on the model, torque settings range from 120 ft.-lbs. to 3,000 ft.-lbs. Choose from 3/4" and 1" socket drives and standard or extended shafts. Each kit includes an electric torque wrench, two (2) 18V lithium batteries, a battery charger, a standard torque reaction arm and a padded carrying case. Fully charged, each battery can last up to 300 nut drives and can be recharged in less than 45 minutes.

Kit components are also available for sale individually. You can purchase up to four additional styles of torque reaction arms separately as well. The yellow torque reaction arm provides stability to the wrench during the torque-down process by locking onto or bracing against a neighboring lugnut or fixed part of the machinery. This safety feature greatly reduces user fatigue from the force generated by the TorcUP.

To set the digital torque setting, press the up and down arrows located at the front of the wrench base. Switch between standard and metric readings by pressing both arrows simultaneously. At a max RPM of 20, the TorcUP wrench spins slowly and deliberately and then stops turning when the torque setting is achieved. To improve your efficiency, use a standard impact wrench to tighten the nut and then switch to the TorqUP wrench for the final torque setting.
