This is a Mobile Control Systems Valve Operator Air Wavoil.

Everything you need to retrofit your wrecker or carrier to a wireless remote system. All kits include a valve spool, control box and wireless remote with lanyard and protective case.

This is a 6 function, handheld transmitter wireless remote. This remote is set up to run your winch in and out controls but can be set to handle up to 4 more functions.

The Valve-Mate attaches directly on the spool of your existing hydraulic control valve and does not alter your hydraulic system. This system is operated by an air cylinder using your trucks compressed air. If your truck does not have air there is a pilot pressure compressor available to supply air for this system. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the radio and the air system. A pressure protection valve is required by the D.O.T. and is sold seperately.

This replacement handheld four-function transmitter operates the Valve-Mate II control system on your wrecker s existing hydraulic control valve.

The Pressure Protection Valve is required by the DOT as a safety precaution. Should a leak develop in the supply line that feeds the remote system, the PPV maintains pressure in the chassis air supply tank.

This helps prevent the legs from accidentally being used during a recovery.

The Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) is used on the Valve-Mate II air systems to help release the air actuator faster. This is most commonly used on the "in" function of a remote winch control so the winch stops instantly when the remote button is released.
