AW Direct HD Front Tow Ultimate Kit

AW Direct has thought of everything with its Ultimate heavy-duty front tow kit. This premiere package combines the great benefits of the Optimum and Standard series kits and adds in the tools needed to pull driveshafts, collect axle hub oil and cover axle hubs once the axle has been pulled. The kit also includes the Driveline Buddy to secure the driveshaft for travel, as well as the SafeAll Brake Assist to aid in braking while under tow. Similar to the other systems, this top-end tow kit also features an air coupler kit, a 2" axle fork set, steering wheel lock and underlift tie-down straps. (1) AW Direct Quick Connect Air Coupler Kit - #ZAW-ACK
Utilize this quick air coupler kit from AW Direct to supply air to disabled trucks or buses in preparation for proper and safe towing. This 7-piece kit allows for applications on many different truck makes and models giving you the tools you need to get the job done efficiently. This tow coupler kit also eliminates the need to seek out air supply tanks under the vehicle. It comes with a handy storage box along with a complete part listing for easy individual tool identification and replacement. This coupler kit comes complete with the following items.

(1) Miller Short Tapered Axle Fork Set- 2" Wide Opening - #124004454
These Axle Forks from Miller Industries have a 2" wide opening. This new design features a shorter and tapered front lead fork to more easily get under a front axle eliminating the need for a double pick. It also has a tighter distance between the forks to grab the axle. The extra width reduces side-to-side movement and will fit most heavy steer axles. These forks are sold as a pair.

Provides ultimate brute strength for disassembling even the most seized u-joints in minutes on virtually all Class 7 and 8 trucks and machinery. Tiger Tool's proprietary manufacturing and metal treatment processes ensure threads will hold up under even the most extreme conditions, commonly found in seized u-joints on class 7 and 8 trucks. This steel alloy tool handles up to 25,000-lb. of force without damaging drive shafts, yokes or cups. Simply slip the one-piece puller over the yoke and turn the center bolt with a 1/2" impact wrench to pull out the cup. This model dismantles traditional 1610-1880 drivelines, as well as Spicer 4-Life Series 140, 170 and 250 and Meritor's RPL PermaLube drive shafts.

Reach for SafeAll's new Driveline Pro the next time you need to remove a commercial truck's driveshaft and secure it for towing. This flexible and versatile tool will save your back from lifting the heavy driveline out of the way and into your tow truck. This system will prevent unnecessary injury from a falling driveshaft by cradling it during removal from the yoke. It is also a great tool for truck mechanics in the shop when servicing a rear differential or driveline. Using the Driveline Pro is very straightforward and requires no additional tools.

(1) B/A Cam Steering Wheel Lock - #8-34CH
Prevent the front wheels of a towed vehicle from turning while towing from the rear with this steering wheel lock from BA Products. The strap is equipped with two coated claw hooks to latch onto the steering wheel and the brake pedal. A cam lock cinches the two ends tight.

This Truck and Trailer Wheel Pan catches the oil that spills from the wheel hubs after the caps are removed. Fits 13-3/4" I.D. rims or larger. Side compartments hold lug nuts, preventing them from getting oily or lost. Sturdy polypropylene construction won't warp if oil is warm. Holds 88 oz.

Towing a truck or bus often means pulling the drive axles. And a lack of oil can result in burnt bearings, scorched hubs and melted seals. These Axle Caps are equipped with an oil-access hole for adding oil to the hub prior to towing to prevent damage.14-pc. Axle Cap Set includes the most commonly used medium- and large-sized covers.

SafeAll Remote Brake Assist - #BB100
Preserve your brakes, improve your stopping distance and maintain safety while towing heavy-duty trucks with the SafeAll Remote Brake Assist, formerly known as the Brake-Buddy. Secured inside the cab of the disabled vehicle, this supplemental brake actuator works in tandem with the tow truck and helps keep you in compliance with federal law. Powder-coated safety orange for easy identification, the brake actuator is connected to the brake pedal and is secured by claws to the steering wheel. A separate steering wheel lock is also required to prevent the steering wheel from turning and dislodging the actuator under tow.
