Miller Wheel Lift Tilt Cylinder Vulcan 805

This is the Wheel Lift Tilt Cylinder for the Vulcan 805 Series light duty wrecker by Miller Industries. This is the cylinder that tilts the wheel lift of the wrecker up and down.
