Ancra Winch Strap Assemblies combine heavy duty, wear and weather resistant latex treated polyester webbing with strong, dependable hardware to meet the demanding conditions of flatbed operations. Ancra straps meet DOT specifications and are tested for strength and durability. Meets or exceeds WSTDA T-1 Recommended Standard Specifications for synthetic web tie-downs.

Designed to be compatible with ratchet model 48987-22, the 3" adjustable end strap with grab hook features high-quality materials and hardware. Tough polyester webbing makes up the strap and features quality resistance to wear and abrasion, making it a long-lasting replacement for your strap end. The end strap webbing has also been treated to better resist water absorption and freezing so you can confidently use the strap in inclement weather.

Ancra's bottom mount C track 7-mm. sliding web winch is built for versatility and strength with sliding capability and durable, heat-treated steel components. High-performance steel materials make up the strength of the sliding web winch with a high-strength alloy pawl pin and seamless, solid steel mandrel, which features a smooth ground web slot to protect your straps from abrasion and wear. For improved strength, we reduced the weight while retaining strength with the 7-mm. design and heat-treated components. The 2-lb. per winch average reduction in weight can help improve fuel economy and/or allow for greater payloads. A durable, black powder coat finish protects the winch from rust and corrosion with a tested and proven 250 hour resistance to standard salt spray testing.

Ancra's standard Wilson track sliding web winch allows the user to install the winch at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer, giving you more options for tackling unique tie-down tasks. Made of high-quality steel for a sturdy frame, the sliding web winch also features high-strength pawl pins and a seamless, solid steel mandrel. The web slots on the mandrel have been smooth ground to prevent web wear and save you money down the road on replacement straps. A durable black powder coat finish, which can withstand up to 250 hours of standard salt spray testing, has been added to the winch to resist rust and corrosion and to ensure years of service.

Ancra is offering a replacement single cleat for our 2-in. auto hauler winch strap. This 3-in. x 2.8-in. rubber tread is designed to smoothly mesh with the tread on your vehicle s tires. When tension is applied using a winch, the treads merge to keep the strap neatly centered on the tire and to keep the tire firmly secured to the deck. By using our auto hauler winch strap and its gripping cleats, you free up your vehicle s suspension so that it can continue to absorb the shocks and bumps of the road.

Able to handle a working load limit of 500 lbs., this rope tie-off is a great alternative for securing your load when you don t have the right logistic strap that s equipped with the right end fittings. The series F fitting easily clicks into the track for a durable and reliable hold. The heavy-duty D-ring attached to the end of the rope can accommodate most hooks, giving you a more versatile choice in end fittings.

Ancra's recessed pan truck and trailer fitting is designed to allow you to create a reliable and durable attachment point anywhere you need it within your truck or trailer. Manufactured with a working load limit of 1,666 lbs., this fitting is designed for low-profile mounting and is tensioned to reduce ring movement but is loose enough for easy lifting. The ring is wide enough to accept most tie-down hooks. Once installed, this fitting provides you with an industrial strength anchor point that offers strong and solid holding power.

Ancra s series F rope tie-off is designed to provide you with a convenient alternative cargo securement method that offers much more versatility and strength. Able to handle a working load limit of 500 lbs., our rope tie-off is great to have when your tie-down strap isn t equipped with the right kind of end fittings. The series F fitting easily clicks into the track, maintaining a strong and supportive grip throughout transit. The polyester webbing provides you with more flexibility while the heat-treated D-ring allows you to attach the strap s hooks directly to the rope tie-off.

Letting your webbing, ropes, and cables constantly rub against sharper corners is a good way to degrade their strength and reliability quickly. The purpose of the Corner Iron Hook is to act as a corner for the tie-down to wrap around without risking abrasive damage. This heat-treated steel hook is designed with no sharp corners, reducing the amount of abrasion that can occur to the rope or cable or webbing tie-down you are using.

With Ancra s standard beam socket, you ll be able to take those pieces of lumber and use them as durable and reliable decking/shoring beams to help you secure and separate your cargo. With an internally welded plate for added strength, this beam socket puts that lumber into good use. Simply insert the standard commercial grade Douglas Fir 2" x 6" lumber into the beam socket, then attach the beam socket into the logistic track. You ll be able to keep your loads secure throughout transit. Note: The working load limit of lumber varies widely. Double check before using the beam to secure your loads.

The 3-piece fitting allows you to easily click the entire rope tie-off securely into the series E & A track, giving you the right amount of strength to help you secure your load.

Ancra's heavy-duty beam socket transforms pieces of lumber into reliable decking/shoring beams so that you can efficiently secure, stabilize, and separate your cargo. An inexpensive alternative to a standard aluminum logistic beam, this beam socket can be used with any standard commercial grade Douglas Fir 2" x 6" lumber. An internally welded plate offers extra holding strength. Note: The working load limit of lumber varies widely. Double check before using the beam to secure your loads.
