This is the Wheel Lift Fold Cylinder for the Wheel Lift on the Vulcan 812 Intruder and Vulcan 810 Power Tilt light duty wreckers by Miller Industries. This cylinder has a 4" bore with a 19.5" stroke. This cylinder attaches to the wrecker outer boom weldment and to the wheel lift outer boom weldment. This is the cylinder that folds the wheel lift up against the boom of the wrecker for travel.
