Chrome mounting flange for 500 series Whelen flashing LEDs.

This solid state conversion flange assembly is made of a grey polycarbonate then incased in a chrome plated finish with a 1/16" die cut black neoprene gasket and black santoprene reflector gasket. This M4FC400 will convert a preexisting 400 series light mounting area to the M4 series light. The M4FC400 has the ability to surface mount any M4 Super-LED series warning lights. The M4FC400 includes an installation guide. The M4FC400 installation kit will include reflector gasket, conversion gasket, and the mounting hardware. The M4 series warning light is sold separately.

Replacement LED Light Module

This is a replacement red dual stack corner LED module for Whelen Freedom Micro-Edge.

This is the largest directional lighthead in the series by Whelen Engineering. It features wide angle LED's with a redesigned spreader optic lens that fills the lighthead evenly with light. It is surface mounted allowing you to place it where you need it on your recovery vehicle.

Replacement Lens

Whelen s 600 Series Rota-Beam simulates the appearance of a rotating lighthead without any moving parts or motors. The solid-state electronics allow it to synchronize to other Whelen products. This surface-mount amber light features a hard-coated lens and black plastic bezel and includes a 6" pigtail for wiring installation.

This is a Whelen Pioneer SlimLine Single Flood Light that is installed in a die-cast white powder coated aluminum housing. This flood light consists of 12 white Super-LEDs with a TIR reflector. This light has a standard 8? spot light lens with the ability to change to a 40? x 20? flood lens provided with the SlimeLine Pioneer. It includes a white powder coated bail bracket with mounting hardware. The universal bail bracket has the ability to be installed either vertical or horizontal. This SlimLine Pioneer light has 3,600 usable lumens. This is a 12 volt DC light that measures 3.25" H x 6.88" W x 2.13" D. It has a 3 Amp draw and has a clear lens. All mounting hardware is included.

This combination light is a warning light and a perimeter light with a split color (color/clear) non-optic polycarbonate lens. The warning light consists of four PC boards containing three red Super-LEDs on each PC board. The warning light PC boards will be installed on a V-shaped mounting bracket.

The M4BRUSH shall have the ability to surface mount with any M4 Super-LED series warning lights. The M4 series warning light is sold separately.

This stud-mount kit lets you easily mount a Whelen light bar to any flat surface. It includes hardware and two feet that easily slide into the channel on the bottom of light bar. Adjust the mount by sliding back and forth through the light bar channel. It raises the light bar 1-1/4" off the surface.
