Cargo beams and Lift-A-Deck beams are rated at Working Load Limits (WLL) that are 1/3 of the breaking strength or failure load capacity of the beams. In order to account for dynamics and vibrations that are experienced during transit and avoid overloading the beams beyond the WLL rating, the actual weight of cargo supported by the beams should be reduced below the rated WLL value of the beam. The allowable weight of cargo supported by the beams should be factored down based on anticipated dynamic G forces expected during transit.

This track can easily be secured to your trailer wall or floor with screws, rivets, or by welding. Once installed, you will be able to experience a wide range of cargo restraint applications.

Ancra's heavy-duty aluminum series E & A beam assembly with flat latch is engineered with the truck driver in mind with maximum strength at minimum weight. Very easy to use, the beam easily inserts into the series E and series A tracks to establish a firm connection. This heavy-duty beam can handle a working load limit of 3,000 lbs. and is adjustable from 93.8 inches to 106.9 inches.

Installed inside the rear door of the trailer and protects drivers/operators from falling cargo that could have shifted during transport from location to location. Permanently installed in the trailer, the net moves forward and aft in the trailer using a roller system and the sides clip into E/A logistics track to position as close to the cargo as possible. When not in use, the net can be stowed in the rear of the trailer.

Wide Top Decking Beam with textured, 4-1/2" top surface to increase contact area for cargo on the beam deck. Aluminum beams feature a patented flat latch mechanism that eliminates the age old problem of damaged trigger mechanisms. It's easier to release, even while wearing gloves. Used with lockable beams to provide a secure load divider. When used as a decking board, the cargo carrying capacity is determined by the beams supporting it.

When it’s time to make a quick repair to your logistic beams, you’ll need Ancra’s handy low-profile Allen sleeve nut and bolt kit to help you secure a beam channel assembly to the body of the beam. The Allen head bolt and sleeve nut feature a semi-flush head height of 0.10 inches. The bolt has a self-locking patch to prevent loosening due to vibration, so it remains firmly inserted into the beams. This kit can be used for our 43638, 49039, 49360, 49414, 50080, 50158, 50186, and 50191 logistic beams.
