Built to support heavy-duty cargo, the 3-bar weld-on side mount web winch has a 3-bar design that prevents the mandrel from freezing in ice and snow conditions. A durable steel frame with a high-strength alloy pawl pin provide plenty of strength for securing heavy loads while the 3-bar steel mandrel makes inserting straps during harsh, freezing conditions quick and easy. For protection against rust and corrosion, Ancra added a black powder coat finish, which can withstand up to 250 hours of standard salt spray testing, ensuring years of high-quality performance and service.

For securing heavy-duty cargo with chain or web straps, Ancra's standard outward off-set PortaAnchor installs easily without tools into any standard stake pocket. Made of high-quality steel and designed for long-lasting performance, the PortAnchor can be relied on for years to secure a variety of heavy cargo. Simply install the PortaAnchor in a standard stake pocket, attach your tie-down, tighten the tie-down, and you re ready to get on the road.

Ancra s 2-in. low-profile torque-limiting ratchet buckle is engineered to solve the problem of overtensioned straps. When a tie-down strap is overtensioned, it runs the risk of snapping, which could be dangerous for both the operator, the cargo, and other drivers out on the road. To help prevent the strap from getting overtensioned, this ratchet buckle is designed to limit the tensioning. The buckle is engineered with a working load limit of 1,500 lbs., and a locking latch engages when the handle is closed, adding an extra level of security along with the torque limiting feature.

Ancra s 2-in. long wide angle torque limiting ratchet buckle is designed to prevent the operator from overtensioning the strap. An overtensioned tie-down strap can cause severe damage to the cargo and can prove to be very dangerous if it snapped. To help prevent this from happening, our innovative ratchet buckle will tighten no more than 300 pounds of tension. It offers enough force to secure the load but not enough to cause damage. Once proper tension is reached, the long wide handle releases and no more tension can be applied.
