This bolt-on under-mount bracket is specifically designed to store Miller's outrigger spade attachment on Century rotators. Towing a truck or bus often means pulling the drive axles. And a lack of oil can result in burnt bearings, scorched hubs and melted seals. These Axle Caps are equipped with an oil-access hole for adding oil to the hub prior to towing to prevent damage.
