This driver side pivot-style L-Arm receiver bracket from Miller Industries attaches to the outer crosstubes on Vulcan 850 and 890 Series light-duty wrecker wheel lift assemblies. Also known as a wheel retainer and tire restraint, the L-Arm slides into the angled opening, and the desired position is secured with the bottom side locking pin. This scoop bracket weldment includes the swivel locking pin but does not include the stop pin.

This 2" x 2" L-Arm Storage Tube from Miller Industries is used on the assembly of Century 10, 15 and 20 Series car carriers. Also for tire restraints and wheel retainers, this bracket can be used on the assembly of newer Champion carriers as well. The tube comes with a camlock built into the back side of it. This part can be used to replace Part Number 12-0802663.
