This small V Fork Height Extender from Zacklift drops into any 2" fork receiver and can be used in difficult-to-reach locations or to gain extra height when towing.
This fork is designed to fit Medium Duty class trucks between the U-bolts. This type of lift will prevent the truck from sliding since the U-bolts prevent the fork from moving along the axle. The fork opening is 2.5" which fits the typical light to medium size truck axles. International 47/4900 series are a typical chassis for this fork.
